14 Nardin Today Winter 2020-21 When Nardin kicked off its Called to Connect campaign last November, the realities of 2020 were completely unknown. In March, construction of the new gymnasium and wellness center, as well as the athletic fields, was suspended, and fundraising efforts came to a halt. Despite the unprecedented challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, both projects have since been completed, and our strategic priorities remain the same. It didn’t take COVID-19 for Nardin to connect progress with success; for generations, the Academy has had the courage to meet new challenges in a demanding world. Called to Connect is solely focused on sustaining Nardin Academy for future generations.
