46 nardin notes Nardin Today Winter 2020-21 of the Tribeca Film Festival and quickly pivoted to a social distanced event series in order to feed the public's need for entertainment during difficult and uncertain times. The Drive-In ran from the first weekend in July through the first week of August at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, The Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, Orchard Beach (NY), and Nickerson Beach (NY). The event was a massive success and gained press attention from Jimmy Fallon, Forbes, and Deadline. Onsite activations included a Blue Carpet experience in which cars were photographed by “paparazzi” as they drove into the Drive-In, movie-themed trivia, co-branded giveaways, and special gifts for essential workers.” 2010s Laura Avino ’10 was awarded the Jeffrey Ensor Emerging Leader Award by the Maryland Society of Health-System Pharmacy (MSHP). The award is designed to recognize and reward an individual, new to health-system pharmacy, who has demonstrated significant leadership potential with an impact on Maryland health-system pharmacists or pharmacy practice. The candidate is an emerging leader who demonstrates the ideals of the profession of pharmacy while providing exceptional service and commitment to the profession. Madeline Rogowski ’10 and Maura Seitz ‘13 work together as nurses on 6W at Roswell Park. Previously, summer camp counselors together, they brought the sunshine while caring for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Emilie Ronald ’11, E’07 writes, “In January 2020, I was admitted to the New York State Bar and began practicing as an attorney. I work for a law office in Williamsville that focuses on immigration law.” Patricia Gianfagna '12, E’08 graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine with the distinction of summa cum laude and as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She will be pursuing her residency in OB/GYN at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. She is excited to continue her medical training there and explore the beautiful state of Maine on her days off. Sheridan Carlson ’13 Graduated as Dr. Sheridan Carlson, PharmD from Midwestern University College of Pharmacy.
