president's
desk
I
am so humbled to be back at
Nardin and to serve as your
president. It is an honor to once
again have the opportunity to
give back to the institution that has
provided so much to my family and
me.
In this season of giving, it is
my pleasure to offer the Nardin
community a view of the best of
what the Academy has to offer, as the
student experience at Nardin is stronger than ever.
Our school has recently embarked upon a number of exciting
initiatives; we have created vibrant new programs, established
valuable community partnerships, and reflected on the growth,
prosperity, and principles upon which we were founded.
I am particularly proud to have helped usher in the DaVinci period,
an ongoing project-based learning program in the elementary school,
and to have commemorated a number of new events.
This fall we saw theGrandOpening of theNardinAcademy Athletic
Center, we inducted the inaugural class of the school’s Athletics
Hall of Fame, and the entire student body gathered together to
honor the Daughters of the Heart of Mary at our first Founders
Day celebration.
We believe that, through the example set by theDaughters, the world
needs people who possess the competencies, character, courage, and
dedication to service to make a difference in the world, and we
remain committed to preparing our students to do just that.
I thank you for your ongoing support of our remarkable Academy
and wish all of you a happy, healthy new year.
Sincerely,
Marsha Joy Sullivan
President
